Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unframed, undamaged, and in original packaging

• Limited Editions and signed works must be returned in original condition

Exclusions

• Original artworks and custom-made items are non-returnable

• Limited Editions that have been damaged or altered cannot be returned

Return Process

1. Contact us at info@wallyaa.com within 14 days of delivery

2. Include your order number and reason for return

3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

• We recommend insured and trackable shipping for returns

Refunds

• Refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the packaging and item.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
